A Modern Twist on a Classic Catskills Stone House
A Harmonious Blend of Old and New
This historic Catskills stone house received a modern makeover, preserving its rustic charm while enhancing its functionality and comfort. Our design-build team carefully integrated contemporary elements to create a truly unique living space.
Siding on the addition was random width shiplap to make sure all seams lined up with windows and doors.
Aged with a mixture of Vinegar and steelwool.

Expansive Screened Porch: A spacious screened porch, supported by large steel beams, offers breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. A mahogany deck, accessible from the bedroom, provides an outdoor retreat.
Modern Living Spaces: New triple-pane windows flood the interior with natural light, creating a bright and airy atmosphere.
